Welcome to our newest member, Stefan! Stefan is joining the club from Piraeus, Greece. He is new to the Rotary family and chose to join an online club due to his busy schedule as a student. Here’s a bit more about him…

Stefan Stankovic was born in June in Nis, Republic of Serbia. He graduated at University of Defense in Belgrade, and obtained diploma of “Graduate Manager”. Currently, he is enrolled at postgraduate program of University of Piraeus in Greece, at Department of International & European studies, specialization in Strategy, Law & Economics in Energy. Moreover, he has been awarded a scholarship by Hellenic Petroleum, one of the major energy companies in South-Eastern Europe. Additionally, he is member of “Greek Energy Forum” and “Access for Women in Energy”. Adjacent to regular activities at University, he is a member of Energy and Environmental Policy Laboratory of University of Piraeus, and he has published his first working paper for this organization in May, on topic “Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: Importance of the region and relevance to energy security in Europe”. He used to play piano for 6 years, and now he is playing guitar non-professionally. He loves music, travelling, meeting different people and sharing experiences.
